The Japanese automaker recently debuted the long-awaited 2022 Subaru WRX which is slated to come equipped with an enhanced continuously variable transmission (CVT) engine. All this must be exciting for sports car fans as Subaru is really upping the ante with its next generation sport sedans. For the 2022 WRX, Subaru will be implementing additional add-ons like adaptive shock absorbers and high-performance summer tires. We’ll dive in and see what’s expected with this new bodykit, but so far, it’s looking like BRZ fans will be more than thrilled.
New Bodykit for 2022 Subaru BRZ
Subaru, like many other automakers, has been focusing on electric vehicles in an effort to combat the global climate crisis. The Japanese automaker recently unveiled its all-new all-electric 2022 Subaru Solterra. The zero emission electric SUV has already made headlines given its capability, versatility, and advanced features. This includes Subaru’s iconic symmetrical all-wheel drive system as well as a new X-mode driver assist feature. Despite the push toward EVs, Subaru is still thinking about its sports car fans. Those interested in the 2022 Subaru BRZ will be happy to know that the automotive parts company Kuhl Racing will be debuting its new bodykit for the next-generation BRZ. The company has announced two new body kits available for the sports car, a regular kit as well as a widebody kit.
Kuhl Racing will be providing two new bodykits for the 2022 Subaru BRZ. These will consist of a regular kit and a widebody kit. Modifications made to the BRZ will start at the front of the BRZ with an extended splitter. The sports car will also get new side skirts which will compliment the front splitter. Kuhl Racing will also be modifying the rear of the Subaru BRZ with a unique diffuser that will attach easily to the bottom of the rear bumper. Titanium tailpipers have also been added to the sports car.
Kuhl Racing will also be adding some exterior add-ons to the BRZ such as a lowered suspension system and a set of 19-inch wheels. For those interested in the package, they can expect to pay about $4,500. Kuhl Racing hasn’t yet confirmed when production of the kits will start, but these look to be some great options for 2022 Subaru BRZ owners.
