The staff is very friendly. The service area should pay more attention to details regarding 30k & 60k mileage services requirements and offer to complete the services if the vehicle's mileage is close. This way your customers do not feel they are within your dealership every other weekend. This attention to detail and others that I have experienced prior, has made me consider other dealerships moving forward.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible, which I appreciate.

Came for my annual state inspection. They always do a good job and advise me regarding upcoming services that will be needed. And this time they also helped with a silly repair request for my sticking cargo cover. Subarus are so reliable, I rarely have any real issues to take care of, other than regular maintenance, but Kenny Ross keeps me on the road.
I had intended to buy a Subaru from the moment I did my research. Vinnie, Greg, and Charlie took such good care of me. It was my first time buying a car by myself, and the process was so smooth and easy. Vinnie made sure the car was clean and ready to test drive when I arrived, and Greg really made sure I got exactly what I needed as far as financing goes.

Very pleased with my experience at Kenny Ross. My vehicle was at #1 Cochran multiple times and I was told nothing was wrong with it. Kenny Ross immediately listened to my concerns. The problem was quickly and fixed. I wish I would have brought my vehicle in sooner as I drove it for over a year with Cochran telling me it has no issues.

My service visit was smooth and quick. Was able to have a delicious cup of coffee (or 2!!) while I waited. Need to switch out the two chairs by the service desk door with 2 others... You can tell they are frequently sat in. Everyone at Kenny Ross has been so friendly and kind!

Update: Jim, the GM called me immediately after posting this the following morning. Not only did he drive to my work and bring me a loaner to change the oil and rotate my tires, but he had my ENTIRE car detailed, fixed my IOU plus had the bumper repaired-painted, and filled up my gas tank. Good people to work with. One compaint is the use of coupons. Dealer sends 4 monthly coupons, but can only use 2 at one visit. Spent $1000 in service and could not use $15 in coupons. Come on. Way to inconvenient to break into 2 separate service appointments.

Took my car to this dealership for service, not my retail dealership. the service department here was so much more professional. Bryan answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns and was willing to fit me in the next day. I explained that I was on vacation till later that week. He fit me in on the next Monday and took care of all my concerns. It was even a bonus that all was covered under warranty.

Kenny Ross does a quick and thorough job getting repairs done. Very friendly, polite and explains car issues well. Price has nothing to do with the dealership, but I think $75.00 is too much to pay for a tire repair.

the staff is very friendly & accommodating however i find it ridiculous how pet friendly a car place is.. despite allergies it’s gross & an inconvenience it really shouldn’t be allowed. the service however was quick & i was so relieved to get my car in the same condition i left it ie no pet hair, marks, etc on my seats/in my car. that was AMAZING. i also didn’t have any remnants of smoke or vape either which again AMAZING.

Kenny Ross service dept. has been so completely honest with me in reference to service required starting with the 2016 Legacy that I had traded for my current Crosstrek. At my most recent visit I was advised that the parts I wanted to replace were not necessary at the current time.
