Helping to Spread Cheer

Imagine never celebrating a birthday- no cake, no presents, no friends. Many children experience this every year and that’s where Beverly’s Birthdays comes in. They are a non-profit that supports other organizations by bringing the party to them. Several times a month Beverly’s Birthdays throws parties and invites those kids for cake, pizza, games, and presents. This month Kenny Ross Subaru was invited to attend a party and we brought the gifts. Through the Subaru Loves to Help campaign Subaru has partnered with Operation Warm to provide coats this year. 

Starting with just one party in 2012, they now have several other divisions and programs including Birthday Cheer Bins, the Birthday Boutique, Classroom Cheer, and Beverly’s Babies. Through Beverly’s Babies, they provide community baby showers and newborn care kits with diapers. They are the first baby formula bank in the Pittsburgh area.
